Terms and conditions
The terms and conditions mentioned below apply to purchase from the webshop of Dansk Skovudstyr ApS (Danish Forest Equipment) and are valid as a part of the agreement between the parties.
All prices in this webshop are quoted in DKK – both exclusive and inclusive 25% VAT. The additional shipping costs and packaging fee shall be paid by the customer; they will be added to the stated purchase price. The articles will until full payment of the cost price plus transport- shipping and other charges remain property of Dansk Skovudstyr ApS.
Payment:
We accept these forms of payment: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express by ordering and of course transfer to Vestjysk Bank, Holstebro. reg.nr. 7600 konto 0001418201
Shipment:
Immediately within 1-3 working days with approved carrier if possible. Shipping costs appears by ordering. In case of remainder, articles no longer in stock or defects you will as soon as possible receive an e-mail with information about the problem and how it will be solved.
Please note: you also have the possibility to pick up your goods from our stock, Hingebjergvej i Tvis, 7500 Holstebro, as per previous agreement.
Warranty:
Due to Danish Law of Sale we guarantee 2 years right to claim because of defects for consumers. As regards products for commercial use, 12 month guarantee is valid.
Withdrawal:
Due to Danish Law of Sales you may cancel your contract within 14 days after receipt without giving any reasons by returning the item to Dansk Skovudstyr ApS. The buyer has to return the item in original packing and in the same condition as received. The buyer has to pay the cost in connection with returning. Please enclose a copy of your invoice supplied with your bank connection and account number, to which you want the amount to be transferred.
Applicable Laws:
The terms and conditions contained herein shall be governed in all respects by the Danish Law of Sales. Any disagreement between Dansk Skovudstyr ApS and the customer shall be settled by Danish law at the court in Holstebro as jurisdiction.
Reservation:
Dansk Skovudstyr ApS reserve the right to cancel an order in case of failing delivery from our suppliers or other obstacles (Force Majeure). We cannot guarantee for the prices on the web site as they are automatically generated.
The confirmation of order you receive is just a copy of the shopping basket but not a confirmation of completion of the order. In case of faults you will be contacted by Dansk Skovudstyr ApS and you are at any time entitled to cancel the purchase.
All orders will be sent direct from Denmark but it is the buyers own responsibility to check if the equipment is approved for use in their own country of residence.
Liability:
Dansk Skovudstyr ApS shall not be liable for any damage or penalty inclusive operating loss for lacking delivery or delay in delivery of ordered items.
