Dansk Skovudstyr (Danish Forest Equipment) is based on more than 30 years  experience in production of Christmas trees, decorative greenery and forestry, and from our website we sell quality tackle to consumer as well as industry customers nationwide.

Poul Erik Knudsen founded Dansk Skovudstyr ApS in 2010 as a sales- and distribution company specialized in forest equipment.

Primarily we focus on quality and only keep the best articles. We are aware of the vital importance of the quality of the equipment and in many cases the choice in Denmark has been too poor.

This is current for everything from game fences to rainwear and not least for tools and special equipment.

The articles in our webshop are split up in 5 main categories: Christmas trees and decorative greenery, the Forest, the Nursery, Tools and Shears and finally Clothing. As the two last categories appeal to active people the three first mentioned are showing special equipment for professional use in the Christmas tree business plus nursery and farming.

The foundation of our company is purchase of very large quantities, usually direct from the producers in all categories. We have invested tens of millions in building the right stock at low prices.

We have good and trustworthy supplier relations based on our many years in the forestry business. Purchasing large quantities has resulted in the lowest possible cost prices, and that is why we can offer competitive prices – typically 5 to 25 percent below the market price.

We have thoroughly knowledge of all products and tools for the use in the Christmas tree business and we know exactly which qualities of equipment and accessories we have to look for, although we at any time with thanks would like to receive your good ideas.

One of the news in 2011 is a light branch straightener we have designed ourselves and now introduce as a bendable, weatherproof and cheap tool made to create additional income besides the Christmas trees.

This is a carefully manufactured tool made of plastic – the best and distinct cheapest on the market.

As to spare parts Dansk Skovudstyr has the widest range of felling equipment, swords and chains – for example we sell Oregon swords and matching chains in all sizes from 12 to 42 inches for common professional makes as Jonsered, Stihl and Husquarna.

In the section clothing we have all common sizes from brands like the danish Ocean as well as other producers of quality clothing for both work and leisure use.

Our office and stock are placed in Tvis Plantage (plantation) at Holstebro next to our family business Knudsens Plantage.

The orders in our webshop will be carried out the day on receipt an in most cases be delivered from day to day.
